Ingredients
- 60 ml 180558 Ambra Chocolate Orange Liqueur
- 15 ml brandy
- 15 ml coffee cognac
- 1 egg
- 1 orange, zested
- Nutmeg
- Maraschino cherries
- Choc fruit balls
Method
- Place liqueur, brandy, cognac and egg in a shaker and dry shake, then add ice and shake again.
- Double strain into coupe glass.
- Top with sprinkled orange zest and nutmeg.
- Garnish with Maraschino cherries and choc fruit balls skewered on a toothpick.
